FAQs

Photography style & approach

My work is rooted in storytelling, guided by a refined editorial sensibility. I photograph weddings with a calm, unobtrusive presence, allowing your wedding day to unfold naturally while preserving every moment with honesty, intention and care.

I'm drawn to genuine, unscripted moments, paired with thoughtful composition and beautiful light. During portraits, I offer gentle direction to create elegant, romantic images that feel natural and effortless. Nothing is overly posed or performative, the result is a timeless, cinematic body of work that feels both elevated and deeply personal.

Collections

My collections are thoughtfully designed for couples who value a calm, considered approach to documenting their wedding day. Coverage is tailored to the rhythm of your celebration, from intimate gatherings to full-day storytelling.

Each collection includes a pre-wedding consultation, thoughtful timeline guidance, exclusive access to my Wedding Playbook, and a beautifully curated online gallery of high-resolution imagery. Every collection is designed to provide a seamless, personalised experience from your first enquiry through to the delivery of your photographs.

SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER

A second photographer is available for couples who would like additional coverage of their wedding day. While I photograph every wedding personally, a second photographer allows for multiple perspectives, more candid moments, and greater flexibility throughout the day, particularly during preparations, the ceremony and larger celebrations.

Planning Support & Guidance

Once you're booked, you'll receive access to my Wedding Playbook, a comprehensive guide shaped by over a decade of photographing weddings.

Alongside timeline support and thoughtful guidance throughout the planning process, my role extends beyond documenting your wedding day. From helping shape the flow of the day to offering trusted advice when needed, my intention is to create a calm, seamless experience so you can remain fully present throughout your celebration.

Retouching & Editing Philosophy

My retouching philosophy is grounded in authenticity and restraint. I enhance rather than alter, preserving natural beauty, skin texture and emotion so that every image feels timeless and true.

Every gallery is thoughtfully edited and carefully curated to reflect the atmosphere, emotion and natural rhythm of your wedding day.

Trusted Vendor Recommendations

I offer a curated list of trusted vendors whose work and approach align with my own. These recommendations are shared exclusively with couples once booked, helping to create a cohesive and considered experience throughout your wedding day.

CURATED Gallery Delivery

A curated selection of preview images will be delivered within a few days of your wedding, allowing you to relive and share the first moments of your celebration while the excitement is still fresh.

Your full gallery will be delivered within 4–5 weeks in a beautifully designed online gallery, making it easy to view, download and share your photographs.

Rather than working to a fixed image count, I deliver every meaningful moment and beautifully composed photograph that best tells the story of your celebration. Most couples receive approximately 50–70 carefully edited images per hour of coverage.

Location & Travel

Based in Sydney and regularly photographing weddings throughout Hunter Valley, Newcastle and the Southern Highlands, I welcome celebrations across New South Wales and beyond. Bespoke travel proposals are available for destination weddings and locations outside my regular service areas.

Securing Your Date

To reserve your wedding date, a signed agreement and a $1,000 non-refundable booking retainer are required. The remaining balance is due four weeks prior to your wedding day.

To provide every couple with a personalised experience, I accept a limited number of weddings each year. Your date is secured upon receipt of your signed agreement and booking retainer, with bookings accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
